My son, Nicholas. Nicholas III - Nick to his friends and the rest of the world - Nicholas to me and our family. Nicholas is 11 yrs old and his dad's and my pride and joy. He's a delightful child who has decent self-esteem, a great sense of humor and a very mature and introspective outlook on life. He's also every bit a typical preteen who makes me nuts at times! When I first came out of the closet as a writer (and I was self-conscious) Nicholas didn't think it was at all bizarre his mom was writing a book! |
